In 2015, he expanded his influence internationally by accepting a full-time coaching position at a Brazilian Top Team affiliate in Canada. After several years of coaching abroad, Saggioro returned to Brazil and, in 2023, established his own academy and affiliation, Leonardo Saggioro Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (LSBJJ), where he continues to mentor and inspire the next generation of BJJ practitioners .
