Welcome to Gracie Barra Fife.
We offer classes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for men, women and children from complete beginner to advanced.
We are licensed to teach the Gracie Barra system (the dominant ground fighting style used in the UFC).
Our purpose-built facilities, located in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline, offer a safe, clean and welcoming environment under head instructor Darren Clark.
Your first class is free and this will give you a chance to see the facility and to meet the instructors and other members.
