Damien Anderson, known by his nickname “Demon Hands,” is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt and professional mixed martial artist (MMA) from the United States. He is the founder of B-Team Jiu-Jitsu NJ in Green Brook, New Jersey, and currently trains at the B-Team headquarters in Austin, Texas. Damien earned his BJJ black belt under John Danaher and has been a prominent figure in the BJJ world, known for his technical expertise and innovative grappling techniques.
In his MMA career, Damien began competing in November 2023 and has an undefeated record of 4 wins, all achieved via stoppage within two rounds. His fighting style combines explosive grappling and striking skills, making him a strong competitor in the ring.
Outside of his athletic career, Damien co-hosts The Simple Man Podcast with fellow grapplers Nicky Ryan and Ethan Crelinsten, where they discuss topics related to BJJ, MMA, and training philosophies. He actively shares his insights and updates through his Instagram profile.
