Gracie Jiu-Jitsu® is a method of self defence based on the principles of jiu-jitsu. With Gracie Jiu-Jitsu®, we focus on getting you ready to defend yourself in the street against opponents of any size.
Our Certified Training Centre in Footscray is founded and led by Gerard Smith, a brown belt with 20 years’ jiu-jitsu experience. The practice is headquartered in Torrance, California.
The best way to understand Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is to try it out. We offer a free trial class for all new members, with no pressure to join afterwards!
