Grappler’s Lair is proud to parter with the We Defy Foundation in their mission to support our local combat veterans with military based disabilities by providing a long term means to overcome their challenges through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
With over 50 years collective experience in marital arts, many of our coaches have seen first hand just how powerful jiu-jitsu and mixed martial arts can be for those who have been in combat.
