Grappling Technics was established in February 2017 to provide a cost effective Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training option for Perth’s Northern Suburbs.
Operating 7 days a week Grappling Technics aims to provide students with cutting edge instruction in a fun and positive learning environment.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches people how to defend themselves against an adversary by using leverage and proper technique.
The classes at Grappling Technics consist of a warm up, drilling, technique and partnered rolling.
Classes are designed so that all students, from complete beginner to the advanced student, are able to technically improve each and every session.
