Larissa Dias de Almeida, known as Larissa Dias, is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt competitor from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Born on September 3, 1998, she began her BJJ journey at the age of 17 under the guidance of black belt world champion Vinícius Marinho at the GF Team Academy in her local neighborhood of Méier. After Marinho relocated to Qatar, Larissa joined the Dream Art Project, training under Isaque Bahiense and later becoming part of coach Melqui Galvão’s squad while maintaining her connection with Marinho.
