Leonardo “Leo” Lara is a distinguished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) black belt under Caio Almeida and a prominent representative of the JFC Almeida JJ/Atos Jiu-Jitsu team in São Paulo. Born on January 24, 1997, in Porecatu, Paraná, Brazil, Lara began his BJJ journey at the age of 10 through a community program led by the Almeida brothers. His early dedication and talent quickly propelled him through the ranks, earning him recognition in the competitive BJJ scene.
