Black Belt Third Degree in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
He was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He began his Jiu Jitsu career with Master Alexandre Souza in Florianopolis, Brazil. In 2013, Mauricio was black belt category graduated, under Cicero Costha.
Mauricio has been dedicated to sharing his technical knowledge acquired throughout his training. His effort led his students to pursue and conquer high positions in the most important championships across the world.
As a Jiu Jitsu teacher, he introduced this sport to many children, adults (men and women), welcoming each of them using sport as the conduit of confidence, self-esteem, determination, and healthy habits in their lives.
