Lucas Rocha is a 3rd-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, renowned for his dynamic grappling style and deep technical knowledge. Born in Brazil, Rocha began his martial arts journey with judo and karate before transitioning to BJJ under the mentorship of his uncle, the esteemed instructor Zé Radiola. He earned his black belt in 2012 and quickly made a name for himself by securing titles at prestigious tournaments such as the IBJJF Pans No-Gi Championship and various IBJJF Opens. After a successful stint as head coach at Gracie Barra Arcadia, Rocha co-founded the ZR Team in 2016, further solidifying his influence in the BJJ community. In recent years, he established Logic BJJ, his own academy where he continues to mentor and inspire upcoming athletes. Rocha’s commitment to the art is evident in his active competition record and his role as a dedicated instructor.
