At Nemesis Jiu Jitsu we know there is no cookie-cutter formula to jiu jitsu. Just as each individual has a different body type and personality – everyone has a different style of jiu jitsu that works for them. We believe the more time you put in on the mats, the better you will become.
Nemesis is all about conquering the personal nemeses in our lives. People from all walks of life show up to learn self-defense, get in shape, manage stress, improve their grappling, or push themselves to the limit.
Everyone leaves with is friendship, confidence and an art that they can share with their children, siblings, and best friends.
