Ramon Lemos is a renowned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) coach and co-founder of the prestigious Atos Jiu-Jitsu team. Born on April 25, 1979, in Niterói, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he began training BJJ at the age of five under the guidance of his father, a black belt himself. Lemos earned his black belt under André Pederneiras and has since become a 2nd-degree black belt. He has coached numerous elite athletes, including Rafael and Guilherme Mendes, Gilbert Burns, and Rodrigo Caporal. In addition to his work with Atos, Lemos has served as the head coach for the United Arab Emirates national jiu-jitsu team, contributing significantly to the sport’s development in the region.
