Romero “Jacaré” Cavalcanti is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) master, holding an 8th-degree red and white coral belt. He is one of the six individuals promoted to black belt by the legendary Rolls Gracie before his untimely death in 1982. Born on October 22, 1952, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Jacaré began his BJJ training at the age of 11 and later trained at the renowned Gracie School in Copacabana alongside notable figures like Carlos Gracie Jr. and Rickson Gracie
