Tawheed Jiu Jitsu was founded in 2015 on the idea that jiu jitsu is more than a martial art, but a community. Even though Brazilian jiu jitsu is an individual martial art you cannot accomplish your goals alone. We have a saying ‘one team one dream’ which indicates the meaning of Tawheed unification of one.
Tawheed Jiu Jitsu (also called American Jiu Jitsu) is a Grappling Martial Art that focuses on “technique over power.” This gives a smaller opponent the opportunity to defend themselves against a larger, more powerful attacker. Because of this, Jiu Jitsu is a suitable Martial Art for all.
