At Temporal BJJ, our mission is to empower you to improve your physical health, gain self confidence, and learn the martial art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.You will become a part of our inclusive learning environment where you will both grow as an individual and become part of a community. Daniel Hunt, the instructor of this gym, has been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over 15 years, and is a Black Belt under Rob Nickerson.Training a martial art like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a great way to exercise, make new friends, and it can be a great alternative or supplement to your traditional gym routine!
