Torrent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu specializes in personalized martial arts instruction with an emphasis on self improvement and long-term health. Classes are designed to build self confidence, self esteem, strength, endurance and flexibility, through teaching students Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and fitness techniques.
Students of all ages learn in a safe and friendly environment. Torrent also offers a six-week program specifically designed for students who want to get into shape while learning the basics of Jiu-Jitsu.
