Welcome to Neon Martial Arts and Fitness Centre, Southampton’s newest and most exciting addition to the martial arts and fitness scene. Located just minutes from the motorway and town centre, our centre is housed within a leading sports and coaching leisure facility. At Neon Martial Arts, we pride ourselves on being the stepping stone for future national, European, and world champions.
Our world-class coaches specialise in Freestyle Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, MMA, submission grappling, tailored children’s programs, self defence and many more. We are also the only wrestling club in the south of England affiliated with BWA. In addition to our exceptional training programs, we established and run national and international Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Freestyle wrestling competitions four times a year here in Southampton. These events attract thousands of participants from all over the UK and Europe. Our facilities include a large fitness gym, sauna, changing rooms, showers, outdoor area, sports hall, matted training area, and football pitches.
